Welcome to Signature Creations. By purchasing products from us or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

Signature Creations provides custom and handcrafted products for personal and business use. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Custom and Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any custom designs, spellings, names, dates, or other personalized information before production.

Signature Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Signature Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Upon verification, Signature Creations will provide either:

A replacement item at no additional cost; or
A full refund to the original payment method.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, text, graphics, and content created by Signature Creations remain the property of Signature Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Product Variations

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, size, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signature Creations operates.
